# Third-party notices

The Entertainment Local Radios catalog includes broadcaster-supplied station logos for identification. Their source image URLs are recorded in `assets/radios/sources.json`; trademarks remain the property of the respective broadcasters. Public audio streams are played directly from their providers. - Microsoft WebView2 Evergreen: separately installed Microsoft software. Not bundled in this portable preview.
- Rust dependencies: consult Cargo.lock and each crate's license. A complete redistributable notice/SBOM review is required before production packaging.
- Riya Quantum API logo: user-supplied URL, downloaded for use in RIYANOVA as explicitly requested. Source: https://riyaai.com/quantumapi/riya-quantum-api-logo.png . No ownership transfer or broad redistribution license is asserted.
- Reference PNGs: supplied as project design references only; third-party browser trade dress is not copied.
- Font: Windows system Segoe UI, not redistributed as a font asset.

## 0.3 additions

Tor Expert Bundle 15.0.26 (Windows x64) supplies the Tor client and GeoIP data. Tor's BSD licence and bundled dependency notices are included under `licenses/` in `assets/tor/runtime.zip`; `assets/tor/Tor-NOTICES.txt` contains Tor's notices. Source, hashes and verified Tor Browser Developers signing-key fingerprints are recorded in `assets/tor/manifest.json` and `signature-verification.txt`. Tor and Tor Browser are Tor Project's names; this product is not Tor Browser and no endorsement is implied.

HLS.js is bundled under the Apache-2.0 license. Its license is included in LICENSES/hls.js-LICENSE.txt. Entertainment's layout and curated catalog were adapted from the local PROFlix source explicitly supplied by the project owner. Channel logos and broadcasts retain their respective owners' rights; availability is not guaranteed. No paywall proxy or DRM bypass is included.

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime libraries vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140_1.dll are redistributed app-locally from the installed Visual Studio redistributable directory, under Microsoft's applicable Visual Studio redistribution terms. They are not covered by this project's GPL license. WebView2 is Microsoft's separate runtime.
